Wow 2015 is almost over! It was like blink blink and bam its gone!!
This year we worked so hard, more than the previous year… we had several ups and downs, yet so grateful that we managed to accomplish many things though It is nowhere near to what we have experienced which is having a real connection with the couple, trusting us with the creative freedom, being part of their big day while laughing & tearing behind our camera, being appreciated, receiving thank you notes, being invited to their house for a meal, bumping into previous couples who are now our neighbours. Having to see their children grow up and many more!
We love getting to say “ i made so many incredible friends this year.” not “i shoot x-amount of weddings this year.” and we are so freaking thankful for that. Not forgetting all the new friends we met within the industry, friends that share the same ideals, that we can easily show the unglam & embarrassing side of us, friends that we can squeeze into two camping vans and travel hundreds of miles.
The ride doesn’t just ends here, our family grew bigger too this year! from only two of us, now we have Wisanto and Bubu in our squad!! and its gonna get bigger next year as Wisanto is expecting his boy real soon too!! *wohoo*
And the best is yet to come in this 2016, we want to take our experiences further, which is to have more time with the loved ones, family and friends, being there for an important milestone and giving back to the society. To have these dreams we have decided to lower the number of weddings for 2016 so that we can make time for what we truly cherish and believe in.
