Finally we were able to squeeze in a collaboration styled shoot right before the crazy wedding season. Was having a good hangover after the shoot!
The idea for this Monochromatic Love styled shoot is to try something different, that is away from a typical wedding idea which is usually based on rustic or dreamy theme, we believe that there are a lot of other things we can explore…So we shared the idea to the rest of the vendors, which is something modern, urban and edgy!
This styled shoot couldn’t have been made possible if it weren’t for these amazing Vendors and the Couple. Even with their busy schedule they have been all out helping us from brainstorming till the execution 🙂
Mel from Carmel & Co has designed a Jumpsuit gown instead of a normal wedding gown, which is very gorgeous! Thank you so much for staying up the whole night to finish the gown.
Eunice from Heaven in a Wild Flower has made props based on the color palette. Thank you so much for being accommodating to our request, we know it is very challenging to work with a limited colors, but you still manage to do an awesome job as usual.
For the make-up, Pearlyn did neutral eyes with red lips which bought out the edgy-ness in Fannie. Thank you so much for being helpful with the ideas.
We are lucky to have Fannie and Ping to model for us as they have the personality to pull out the look effortlessly.
There were a few challenges during the shoot, from the worrisome weather till the vespa which didnt turn up. Good news was that Ping is a Land Rover fanatic and he wanted us to take pictures of his Land Rover as well. So Eunice did a last minute makeover on his Defender and we felt that it is waaaay cooler than the vespa! FUCKYEH!!
